She holds a Ph.D. and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Lucknow, and a bachelor’s degree from Punjab Technical University, along with professional certications such as Lean Six Sigma and SCJP. Dr. Rambalak Yadav is a faculty in the Department of Marketing Management at the Indian Institute of Management Jammu, with more than six years of teaching experience at post-graduate level. He holds a doctorate from the Indian Institute of Technology (ISM), Dhanbad, and was the recipient of the UGC- JRF (2012) scholarship. Dr. Rambalak Yadav has published more than 25 research papers in referred international journals, edited special issues in journals such as the Journal of Strategic Marketing (Taylor & Francis) and the International Journal of Non-profit and Voluntary Sector Marketing (Wiley), and serves on the Editorial Review Board of the Journal of Consumer Behaviour (Wiley Publication).
