Dr Eshika Aggarwal is a researcher in the field of Data Science, Fuzzy Logic, Business Analytics, and Multi-Attribute Decision Analysis, with her work published in many international journals including Soft Computing, Journal of Intelligent & Fuzzy Systems, and International Journal of Mathematics in Operational Research. She holds a Ph.D. and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Lucknow, and a bachelor’s degree from Punjab Technical University, along with professional certications such as Lean Six Sigma and SCJP. She has nine years of rich industry experience in IT with firms such as NIIT Technologies, IBM, and Tata Consultancy Services, and has consulted with global organizations such as Cisco, Airtel and Voya.

Dr. Rambalak Yadav is a faculty in the Department of Marketing Management at the Indian Institute of Management Jammu, with more than six years of teaching experience at post-graduate level. He holds a doctorate from the Indian Institute of Technology (ISM), Dhanbad, and was the recipient of the UGC- JRF (2012) scholarship. Dr. Rambalak Yadav has published more than 25 research papers in referred international journals, edited special issues in journals such as the Journal of Strategic Marketing (Taylor & Francis) and the International Journal of Non-profit and Voluntary Sector Marketing (Wiley), and serves on the Editorial Review Board of the Journal of Consumer Behaviour (Wiley Publication). He has also authored several cases in IVEY publishing, used as teaching reference material in several B-schools across the globe. His research interests include green consumption, pro-environmental behaviour, and online retailing.

Dr. Prakrit Silal holds a Ph.D. and an MBA from IIM Calcutta and B.Tech (Mining Engineering) from IIT Kharagpur. Some of his recent works have been/ are to be published in journals such as Government Information Quarterly, European Journal of Marketing, Health Marketing Quarterly, Journal of Global Information Technology Management, Marketing Intelligence and Planning, and International Journal of Technology Diffusion. His research interests include Digital Government, E-Participation, social media, and ICT4D. Additionally, he possesses two years of industry experience.

On successful completion of the programme, with a minimum 60% attendance and satisfactory academic performance, participants will be awarded a certificate of completion and will be eligible for the prestigious IIM Jammu Executive Alumni Status (optional). Participants who demonstrate exceptional academic abilities in the overall results of periodic evaluations would be provided additional Certificate of Merit.
